The olives come from groves between Bitonto and Giovinazzo, in the heart of Apulia's olive-growing landscape. The oil is cold extracted to help preserve its aromas, flavour and natural character.
Acidity: 0.03% — a chemical quality parameter that reflects careful handling from harvest to extraction.
The 500 mL tin helps protect the oil from light and limits exposure to air, keeping it better protected in everyday use.
