Data and purposes
Browsing transmits technical data such as IP address, requested resource, date and browser information to the hosting service to deliver and protect the site. The cart stores the selected number of packs on your device. The contact form prepares your name, email and message in your email application: COOK. receives these data only if you send the email. Please do not send health information or other sensitive data.
Legal bases and optional provision
Enquiries about a possible order are handled to take pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other correspondence and service security rely on the legitimate interests of responding to messages and protecting the site (Article 6(1)(f)), subject to your rights. Any mandatory legal duties rely on Article 6(1)(c). Contacting us is optional; without the necessary data we may be unable to respond. The site provides no newsletter, profiling or automated decision-making.
Retention
Enquiry data are retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, taking account of legal duties and the protection of rights in disputes. Cart storage has no automatic expiry: it remains in your browser until you clear it or empty the cart. Technical-log retention depends on the hosting service; contact us for specific information.
Recipients and external services
The site is hosted on ChatGPT Sites and uses Cloudflare delivery and security infrastructure. Sent emails are handled through the recipient’s email service. Technical providers may process data needed for their functions. Instagram and external article sources open only when you follow their links and apply their own notices. Any processing outside the EEA must use safeguards required by the GDPR; you can request provider and safeguard details from the privacy contact.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
